“Above and beyond customer service. Had issue last night with my clutch whilst on my way to the Chemo Unit and pulled in here, I know its a tyre place but i had no choice, i had to get off the road before it stalled. The gentleman couldn't fix the clutch at this location but he was THE most helpful person i have come across.... he checked over the engine and found that i had somehow lost all clutch fluid. He sorted this out for me and even offered to get my car off the the hospital carpark if necessary later in the evening. The time and effort he put in managed to get me to the hospital and then back home where my local garage can check it over. I had no cash on me and he wouldn't give me his bank details to allow me to reimburse him even for the clutch fluid. ”
